I have been working as an assistant to Marie Q (she is awesome) in her weddings as she has been so gracious to allow me to work and learn with her. I wish I could post some of the photos from this past weekends shoot as the venue was soooo very cool! It was a backyard but was so detailed and groomed it would rival any outdoor venue in the area! Many cool photos are to be had from that shoot! Anyway, I am dillegently working on editing my wedding from a couple of weeks ago and posted another photo for the couple so they can see the progress... Hope you like what you see!

Lisa and Dan Williams
Danny and Lisa Williams wedding September 20th 2008 was set in the country of Waxahachie Texas at a quaint venue called Chapel Creek Manor. It has a barn, beautiful landscaping and a wonderful long fence. The bride was beautiful and the event turned out great. Congratulations Lisa and Dan Williams!

Kirsten
Kirsten was my first 'model' shoot. She was very fun and outgoing, easy to work with and I look forward to working with her again. She is is an up and comer in the industry and may be in a reality program on tv in the upcoming days. Waterfall (San Antonio) By the Riverwalk Mall
Shooting a wedding with Marie (http://www.marieq.com/) really opened my eyes again about never becoming complacent with camera skills. The photo shoot for the wedding showed some areas that I could definitely use improvement. Namely exposure settings. On our trip (a mini vacation to San Antonio) I shot 100% manual to get more proficient in utilizing the camera.
This is a shot of one of the many water fountains (waterfalls) of San Antonio. I love the linear shots and the feeling that they convey.

Football practice has started again and I have booked my first wedding for September! I took this picture of a youngster at one of our first football practices for this year. I cloned out his hand so that it appears under the cap he was holding and converted to Black and White. The photo turned out pretty well, but would have like to have gotten more pictures of him...

Tyler
In the past couple of weeks I have had two inquiries about Wedding shoots. One in August and one in September. With any luck I will have some wedding pictures to post soon. Here is the latest of the lovely Tyler taken this past weekend. The shadowsoft action really makes this photo stand out.
